1. Acceptance of Terms

This website, application, and/or any platform offered under the name “8rney” (the “Platform”) is operated and owned by Aeternum Ventures Private Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your use of the Platform is subject to these terms of service (the “Terms of Service”). Any paid or free products or services subscribed by you on or via the Platform will be governed by these Terms of Service and the applicable Order Form between you and us.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

AI Outputs means the content, responses, summaries, analyses, recommendations, drafts, and other materials generated by or through the Platform using the AI models.
User Content means any and all data, prompts, documents, contracts, case information, instructions, feedback, and other content that you upload or submit to the Platform.
Services means access to the Platform and its functionalities, hosting, maintenance, and support.

3. AI Outputs and No Legal Advice

You acknowledge and agree that the Platform and any AI Outputs are provided for general information and assistive purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinion, or any other professional advice.

The Platform does not create, and is not intended to create, an attorney–client or other fiduciary relationship between you and us.

Professional Judgment and Verification.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and independently verifying the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any AI Outputs before using or relying on them.

4. User Content and License

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, host, and process your User Content for the purposes of providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content to the Platform.

5. Fees and Payment

Access to paid features or paid tiers of the Platform is subject to you entering into one or more Order Forms with us. Each Order Form will set out the applicable subscription tier, scope of use, term, and the fees payable by you.
